December 26, 2014，The Summary and commendation meeting of the 2014-2015 Basic Skills Competition for Young Teachers of the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University was held in conference room G404，Fang Yan, Party Secretary of Tsinghua Affiliated High School，Xin Ying, executive principal of Shangdi High School Attached to Tsinghua University，Dong Pei, vice president of Yongfeng School of Tsinghua High School，Liu Xiaoqiang, vice president of Chaoyang School, Tsinghua High School，Tsinghua High School Teaching Management Center director Yin Fanyu, deputy director Zhang Su，Zhuang Jie, deputy director of Yongfeng School of Tsinghua High School, attended the meeting。The meeting was presided over by Secretary Fang Yan。

At the meeting, Deputy Director Zhang Su introduced the process and reflection of the basic skills competition for young teachers。Secretary Fang Yan spoke about the competition。First of all, it is hoped that teachers of each branch school can have more opportunities to participate in the activities organized by the headquarters of Tsinghua High School to jointly promote the professional growth of teachers。Secondly, in view of the problems reflected in this competition, the following suggestions are put forward: In similar teaching, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of classroom and video, and teachers should strengthen the grasp of the knowledge point of the textbook and strengthen the understanding of the learning situation。Each branch school expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the basic skills competition for young teachers。Finally, Secretary Fang Yan awarded the award certificate for each branch school。

Each branch school actively participated in the Basic skills competition for young teachers. A total of 23 teachers participated. 76 branch school teachers attended the first stage and 152 branch school teachers attended the second stage。The basic skills competition was awarded separately by the branch school, and the first prize was 6, the second prize was 5, and the micro video special award was 6。Tsinghua Affiliated High School Chaoyang School and Tsinghua Affiliated High School Qinhan School won the Best Organization award, Tsinghua Affiliated High School Shangdi School won the Micro Video Special Award, and Tsinghua Affiliated High School Yongfeng School won the Teaching Design Special Award。
