November 11-13, 2022,The "Chengzhi Talent Training Program" 2022 comprehensive practice activity in Nanjian, Yunnan, jointly organized by the Chengzhi Talent Training Fund of China Next Generation Education Foundation and the High School affiliated to Tsinghua University was successfully concluded,The 10th class of the project participated in the whole activity,Yuan Guocheng, Deputy Director of Education and Sports Bureau of Nanjian County, personally arranged and coordinated the event,Luo Guifang, Vice Principal of Nanjian No. 1 Middle School, and Zhou Xian and Luo Zhenzhen, teachers of Nanjian Town Middle School, participated in the activity as the lead teachers。At the same time, Tsinghua Tulin Tea Factory provides students with special lectures on tea culture and hands-on activities to help students have a deeper understanding of their hometown tea culture。

On the morning of the 12th, Zhong Yanbin, senior expert of product development and technology of Tsinghua Tulin Tea Factory, explained the history of Chinese tea culture, development process and basic knowledge of tea for the students. From Shennong Baicao Classic and records of various dynasties, it can be found that tea has detoxification and health care effects。Tea is mainly divided into six types, each type has a different taste and effect, each type according to the degree of fermentation, the production process is different, the same fresh leaves can make different tea。Mr. Zhong and Mr. Yang showed the students the tea leaves and tea cakes currently produced by the tea factory, so that the students had a deeper understanding of tea。

In the afternoon, the students came to the Gonglang base, and the inheritor of tea making experience for many years, Shao Xiu, took the students to the tea hill to experience tea picking。The students wore straw hats and carried baskets, listened to the teacher's explanation, understood the precautions for tea picking, and hand-picked fresh tea。Then, we came to Nanjian Good Tea Factory, learned the fresh tea after picking after the withering (drying), green (fried tea), rolling, drying several steps, and personally to the tea for the initial processing。

On the morning of the 13th, the 7th to 9th session of the "Chengzhi Talent Training Program" also participated in the activity, and 40 students came to the Turin Tea Factory to experience the refining process of tea。First of all, Director Lu Ziquan introduced the role of some workshop machines to help students understand the working principles and ways of the machine in the process of screening, impurity removal and color selection of tea。Subsequently, the students followed Lu to learn the production method of tea cake and tea Tuo, and hands-on experience。

In the afternoon, Chen Dandan, chief tea master of Tulin Tea Factory, and Yang Chunmei, Product research and development Department, brought professional explanation and demonstration of tea tasting to the students。As the basis of tea making, tea sets and water sources are the "parents of tea", high-quality water sources and suitable tea sets can give full play to the taste of tea, sweet and aromatic。After the explanation, Mr. Chen and Mr. Yang explained and demonstrated the process of tea brewing. The students took part in brewing and tasting in person after learning. Relying on the teacher's explanation, they had a deeper understanding of tea culture through aroma, taste and persistence。
