Recent one-inch, front, headless, color, white background, clothing and background color contrast, JPG format, width 358 pixels, height 441 pixels, the file is not less than 9KB not more than 20KB;
Meet the requirements of the second-generation resident ID card photo, the photo must be clear;
The background has no border, the portrait is clear, the level is rich, the expression is natural, no obvious distortion。

A.Students registered in this city
The first page, my page, (the first page and my page are printed on one A4 paper), and a copy of the change page is required if there is a change page。
B Students who are not registered in the city
(1) Students with domicile registration outside the city whose parents have a household registration in the city (except for the Beijing office account, student collective account, etc.) participate in the insurance, in addition, a copy of the Beijing household registration home page and my page of the father (mother), and a copy of the child's birth certificate;
2 The minor children of the family members of the army who are not registered in the city to participate in the insurance shall receive a certificate issued by the political organ of the unit at or above the regiment level;
3. The underage children of the researchers at the postdoctoral mobile station in Beijing shall be insured, and a copy of the birth certificate and an arrival letter issued by the Office of the National Postdoctoral Administrative Committee shall be collected;
If the accompanying child of a person with a valid "Beijing Work and Residence Permit" is insured, a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the "Beijing Work and Residence Permit" of the parent who has registered the child's information are also collected (the "accompanying person" page must contain the child's information);
5 Overseas Chinese children receiving compulsory education in Beijing to participate in the insurance, the student's parents (parents) overseas Chinese identity certificate, "overseas Chinese children to Beijing to receive compulsory education certificate letter";
6 Children of Taiwanese investors and their employees (Taiwan compatriots) who invest in Beijing participate in the insurance, and receive the approval letter issued by the education administrative department for the children of Taiwan compatriots to study in Beijing;
7 Foreign nationals who have obtained "Foreigner Permanent Residence ID Card" in this city and have no basic medical security shall submit a copy of their passport, a copy of "Foreigner Permanent Residence ID Card" and a commitment letter without basic medical security;
The minor children of the selected experts of the national and municipal major talent projects working in the Beijing area without basic medical security shall submit the copy of the employment contract of the experts, the certificate of the selected talents project, the copy of their ID card, the copy of their birth certificate and the letter of commitment without basic medical security;
9 Minor children without basic medical security who have obtained the Foreigner Work Permit (Class A) in Beijing shall submit a copy of the Foreigner Work Permit, a copy of their identity document, a copy of their birth certificate and a commitment letter without basic medical security。
C Students who need to send Social Security identification numbers
