On the afternoon of October 21, 2021, Tsinghua High School Affiliated to Orsen and Jiangtai Road Campus held a training session on job design and management under the background of "double reduction"。The conference was conducted in the form of live broadcast, with the lecture theatre of Tailu Campus as the main venue and the conference room of Orson Campus as the sub-venue。Aosen, Zhu Jianhong, Executive principal of Jiangtai Road Campus, Lv Hongjuan, vice principal and more than 150 first-line teachers from the two campuses participated in the event。The second half of the conference was chaired by Zhao Hongying and Yin Zhengjun, directors of the Teaching Management and Research Center。

Principal Zhu Jianhong put forward new requirements for the future teaching work of the school, hoping that teachers can seriously implement the "double reduction" work, and the teaching and research team leader can lead the subject to a new height with solid skills, and comprehensively improve the quality of classroom education and teaching of the school。

All teachers conducted video learning on assignment design and management in the context of "double minus"。We learned the theme lecture "Homework Design for Promoting Learning and Teaching" by Zhang Xinqi from the Teaching and Research Department of Zhejiang Province and "Homework and Evaluation based on the teaching Reform of" Four Learning "by Dong Jiankang from the Experimental Middle School of Keqiao District of Shaoxing City,To study and think about the experience of the existing school,Efforts in the context of "double reduction",Promote the subject teaching quality improvement at the same time to really reduce the burden。
